THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“T&CS”) INCORPORATE, AND SHOULD BE READ TOGETHER WITH, ANY VENDOR’S AND/OR AGENT’S TERMS OR REGULATIONS, WHICH YOU CAN OBTAIN FROM THE POINT OF PURCHASE FROM THE OFFICIAL TICKET AGENT. YOUR POSSESSION OF YOUR TICKET CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE T&CS.

By purchasing a ticket or attending our events you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our website site.

The Premises Licence Holder reserves the right to: (a) refuse admission in any circumstances (b) evict any person breaching the terms and conditions of entry, committing a criminal offence, behaving in a disorderly manner or in a way that has an adverse effect on public safety, or behaving in an anti-social manner or in a way that causes a public nuisance. (c) evict all members of any group of persons where that group is behaving in a persistent anti-social manner

There is no guarantee of tickets’ validity for entry unless purchased from official ticket agents for Event. Programme, schedule, artists and billed attractions may be subject to change, without notice.


PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographic equipment is permitted, provided that it is for personal, non-commercial use only. In the event of any subsequent commercial use, the bearer agrees to pay the Promoter for the cost of a licence issued by the Promoter for permission to take photographs/visual/audio recordings for commercial use. The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is prohibited on or near the Event without written permission.

Photographers and videographers will be at our events taking photos and videos which we will use for promotion material and on social media. You give your express consent to your actual/simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. You waiver any intellectual property, moral rights and performers rights in any and all photography or recording. This includes CCTV and/or filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.

STRICTLY OVER 18 EVENT

This is a strictly over 18 event and a challenge 25 will be in place on entry. will A Challenge 25 policy will be in place for all alcohol sales on site.

ENTRY CONDITIONS
Entry conditions are subject to change without notice. Failure to adhere to the entry conditions of any venue will result in refusal of entry to the event without eligibility to a refund.

You may be body/bag searched anywhere on site at any time by security and detection dogs. Searching is a condition of entry.

Any item(s), reasonably considered to be a weapon/ be used as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, will be confiscated.

Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity may be handed over to the Police, refused entry or evicted from the Event without a refund. We do not accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items) or injuries sustained at this event – other than caused as a result of our negligence.

Attendance at this Event is at your own risk.

Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.

ACCESS

For our events, we aim to provide an accessible and easy environment for all of our guests. But please note the concert is held on grass and may be uneven. Adverse weather could make the ground muddy - it is not a stadium or hardcore flooring. This is an outside event so please come prepared for the weather and dress appropriately. You are liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, liability, actions, demands or proceedings, including personal injury arising in relation to or in connection with your own person, behaviour or personal property.

REFUND POLICY

Summertime Live operates a no refund policy on all purchased tickets to our concerts.

In the unlikely event of the concerts being cancelled, refunds of the face value may be offered for all tickets purchased. In the event of a concert being rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the alternate date, but you are also eligible for a refund if you cannot make the new date, an administration fee may apply. Any booking or transaction fee charged by a 3rd party ticket outlet is nonrefundable in all circumstances.

In these circumstances ticket holders will need to apply for a refund following the instructions, and within the timeframe set, in the postponement notice that will be posted on our website and emailed to ticket purchasers. Tickets cannot be exchanged for money but can be transferred over to another Summertime Live concert venue if a customer can no longer attend the concert they originally purchased for. Please note that additional charges may apply.


CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel any of their events. A notice of cancellation will be posted on our website and emailed to ticket purchasers.

In the unlikely event of the concerts being cancelled, refunds may be offered for tickets purchased. In these circumstances, ticket holders will need to apply for a refund within the specified time frame, set out in the cancellation notice. An administration fee may apply.

We have no liability if it is prevented from, or delayed in, providing the event by a Force Majeure Event that is outside our reasonable control and includes, but is not limited to, any event due to natural causes including strikes, lock-out or other industrial disputes, act of God, pandemic, war, riot, civil commotion, compliance with any law or regulation, fire, flood or storm.

We have no liability where we are frustrated in our ability to run the event, due to unviability, impossible method of performance, failure of source or supply for example due a travel ban, or illegality such as in the circumstances of an outlaw or ban on events or associated activities.


LIABILITY

You are liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, liability, actions, demands or proceedings, including personal injury arising in relation to or in connection with your own person, behaviour or personal property.

We carry the necessary insurances against any liability for any damage or loss incurred as a direct result of a fault with their facilities, equipment or personnel that was reasonably within our control.

These T&Cs are governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
