We’re expecting some very warm weather this weekend, so please make sure you read the following info to ensure you have the best time possible at Summertime Live Windsor…

Stay hydrated at all times - You are permitted to bring up to 2 x 500ml sealed water bottles into the event with you. Refillable water bottles are also permitted. Free water is available around the site and at all main bars.  

Wear high UV protection sun cream and re-apply it regularly. This is permitted to be brought into the event with you.

Where can I buy tickets?

PLEASE only purchase tickets from the official Kaboodle / Eventbrite / outlets.

Your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase, they will be attached to your confirmation email. Please make sure you bring your tickets to the event.

Unfortunately, there are a number of ticket scammers who post on social media with duplicate or void tickets at a discounted price. We cannot help you if you are scammed in this way. If in doubt, always contact us to check.

I have purchased a ticket type that specifies "Pre 3pm" or "Pre 4pm". When do I need to arrive for?

For some shows we offer a discounted ticket option that relates to arriving to the event by a certain time. Your ticket will have a clear guideline in its name. For example: "Pre 3pm entry" means that your ticket must be scanned for entry before 3pm. 

What happens if I miss my entry time?

If you arrive after the time on your ticket, you may be asked to pay the difference between your discounted ticket and the final tier entry price. Early entry tickets are cheaper because they require you to arrive early - so please plan ahead to make it on time!

Upgrades to standard entry are available in your customer account on Kaboodle, or via the add-ons section of Eventbrite. Please note it will cost less to purchase this in advance rather than on the day.

How do I access my tickets?

Your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase, they will be attached to your confirmation email. Please make sure you bring your tickets to the event.  

Tickets can be shown on your phone so long as the QR code is clearly visible. 

What if I have lost my email confirmation?

If purchased from Kaboodle

Login to your Kaboodle account using the email your purchased with, then follow the steps to download your ticket.

If you wish to swap/upgrade your ticket type, please email customer services (summertimelive@kaboodle.com) with your request and the customer service team will be able to assist.

What if I have bought tickets to the wrong show?

If purchased from Kaboodle

Login to your Eventbrite account using the email you purchased with. If you don’t remember your password you can click “forgot password” and will be emailed a recovery link.

What is the Refund Policy

Tickets are non refundable once you have purchased. If you can no longer attend you are welcome to gift to family and friends without the need to change ticket information.

VIP Garden tickets

VIP tickets include fast track entry via your own dedicated VIP entrance, access to the VIP Garden to relax with premium bar and posh loos. Any additional VIP inclusions will be listed on individual show webpages.

If you have purchased VIP Garden tickets, you will have a separate entrance where you will be given a VIP wrist band which will gain entry to The VIP Garden. You will not be admitted without a wrist band, please make sure you obtain one when entering the venue. Please note the VIP Garden doesn’t always have a view of the stage.

Please note that viewing platforms at all events are limited to 1 guest + 1 PA/carer if required.

The viewing platform is available on a first come, first served basis and there is seating available. YOU DO NOT NEED A SPECIFIC TICKET TO ACCESS THE PLATFORM. Please speak to the steward.

For events where chairs are NOT permitted, but you have a medical reason for not being able to stand up for long periods of time you may bring 1 chair, providing you have contacted us by emailing info@summertimelive.co.uk with your request, along with relevant proof (such as a letter from a medical professional).

Northampton - Summertime Live

Windsor - Summertime Live

Royal Windsor Racecourse, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, SL4 5EZ

FREE parking is available on site. Please follow directions to Royal Windsor Racecourse.

Disabled parking is available, please remember your Blue Badge and let our parking stewards know on arrival.

Alternatively, there are good public transport links to Windsor via train and bus.

Unless otherwise stated in marketing materials, all shows are open air concerts. Please come prepared for the weather.

There is limited seating set away from the stage. This is available on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved.

Please note our performances may contain lasers and flashing lights.

The promoter reserves the right to modify the programme.

For racecourse venues - please note that no horse racing will take place on the day of the event, these events are external from race days.

Last entry is at 9pm.
Once you enter the event there is no readmission.

Bag check: You are reminded that bags must be no bigger than the dimensions of an A4 piece of paper. Bags will be searched upon entry for the safety of all our visitors.

Search dogs: Anyone attempting to enter the site with illegal substances will be refused entry.

Ticket check: Please have your tickets ready as a print-out or on your phone with the QR code clearly visible for scanning.

All events are STRICTLY 18+ with Challenge 25 in operation at all times.

Chairs & Blankets

Chairs & blankets are NOT permitted at the following events:

• Summertime Live - NORTHAMPTON

• Summertime Live - WINDSOR

Food & Drink

Food and drink is not permitted into any event. There will be a variety of bars and food available to purchase onsite.

Sealed and full water bottles no more than 500ml are permitted. Empty plastic water bottles are also permitted and can be filled at water filling stations around the site.

Bags & Other Items

Bags that are no larger than an A4 piece of paper may be bought into the event. Please note that bags will be searched upon entry.

No glass, aerosols or liquids are permitted inside the venue.

We have a strict no drug policy. Anyone attempting to enter with illegal substances & illegal/legal highs (including nitrous oxide) will be refused entry.

Most of our events are cashless. Please bring card/contactless for any purchases you may wish to make on the day.

If you have a dietary requirement, please check with the food stall.

There will be vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
